- Appointment-request capture. Contact details, service interest, preferred timing, and the clear boundary that the appointment is not confirmed yet.
- One structured staff handoff. Requests go to the approved staff inbox with the context needed for follow-up.
- Installation and guided review. One-tag installation, launch testing, and a review of the first 14 days.

- No invented answers. If a fact is not in the approved knowledge set, ClinicGreet captures the question for staff.
- No fake HIPAA badge. PHI handling, vendors, retention, and BAA requirements are scoped before real patient data is accepted. There is no official HHS HIPAA certification claim.
- No hidden long-term contract. The introductory rate lasts three months; then Capture is $299/month, month-to-month.
